Graduation and LLM at UERJ (State of Rio de Janeiro University). JD at IDP/DF. Rio de Janeiro State Attorney for the Audit Court. He published the book “Limits to the precautionary power of the Audit Courts” and several scientific articles about Administrative Law, Real State and Civil Law. He is a Professor at UERJ (LLM), USP (LLM) and Examiner for the admission of Judges, Attorneys and Auditors.
